1- Yüksek öğrenim kurumlarının Güzel Sanatlar Fakülteleri ve eş değer öğrenim kurumlarında moda tasarım ya da grafik tasarım bölümlerinde ikici sınıfı bitirmiş olmak ve öğrenimine devam etmek.
1- Firma tarafından iletişim araçları ile belirtilen temalarda hazırlanan portfolyoları en son 30 Nisan 2021 tarihinde teslim etmiş olmak.
2- Başvuruda belirtilen iki temadan birinin seçilerek A3 ebatında bir mood board hazırlamak,
3- Başvuru için seçilen temaya uygun 2021-2022 Sonbahar Kış sezonu dikkate alınarak, kadın kategorisinde dört model tasarımı hazırlamak (Model çizimlerinde teknik çizim ve artistik çizim yer alacaktır).
4- Projeye/yaz stajına tamamen kendi inisiyatifi ile katılmaya hak kazanan öğrenciler (katılımcılar); bu şartnamenin tamamında ve özellikle 1. ve 2. maddelerinde tanımlanan/detayları verilen çalışma, koleksiyon ve portfolyolar ile ilgili olarak aşağıda belirtilen her türlü hak ve fikri mülkiyet hükümlerini gayrı kabili rücu olarak kabul, beyan ve taahhüt etmişlerdir.
a)Katılımcılar, bu proje kapsamında, bu şartnamenin 1. ve 2. maddelerinde belirtilen esaslara uygun olarak sisteme yüklenmiş bulunan portfolyoların 5846 Sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu başta olmak üzere fikri mülkiyet hukukunu düzenleyen tüm mevzuata uygun olarak tüm yasal haklarının kendisine ait olduğunu beyan etmekte ve herhangi bir şekilde başka bir fikri mülkiyet iddiası ile karşılaşılır ise bundan doğabilecek tüm yasal sorumlulukların kendisine ait olduğunu kabul etmektedir.
b)Katılımcılar, bu proje kapsamında, bu şartnamenin 1. ve 2. maddelerinde belirtilen esaslara uygun olarak sisteme yüklenmiş bulunan portfolyoların Sun Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş’ ye ait sosyal medya hesapları, web site, dijital veya fiziksel broşür, kitapçık, sergi vb. mecralarda süresiz olarak yayınlanmasına onay vermiş olduğunu, bu kullanım şekli ticari bir amaç taşımadığından mali vb. herhangi bir hak talep etmeyeceğini maddedeki hususların anlamını açıkça kavramış olarak kabul, beyan ve taahhüt etmişlerdir.
c)Katılımcılar, sonuçların açıklandığı tarihten itibaren şartname konusu portfolyolar ile üzerinde değişiklikler yapılmış olsa da değişikliğe uğramış hali ile bu portfolyoların tamamının Sun Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş’ ye ait sosyal medya hesapları, web site, dijital veya fiziksel broşür, kitapçık, sergi vb. mecralarda süresiz olarak yayınlanmasına onay vermiş olduğunu, bu kullanım şekli ticari bir amaç taşımadığından mali vb. herhangi bir hak talep etmeyeceğini maddedeki hususların anlamını açıkça kavramış olarak kabul, beyan ve taahhüt etmişlerdir.
5- Projeye/yaz stajına katılan öğrenciler gönderdikleri temalara uygun tasarımların kendilerine ait olduğunu, daha önce bir başka mecrada tasarımların sergilenip sunulmadığını, hiçbir biçimde daha önce profesyonel anlamda kullanılmadığını, profesyonel anlamda kullanılmış bir tasarımdan yararlanılmadığını, tasarımın kendisine ait ve tamamen özgün olduğunu, ticari anlamda kullanılmadığını, projeye katılmak için gerekli özellikleri şartnamelere uygun biçimde beyan ettiklerini, beyanlarının gerçek olduğunu kabul, beyan ve taahhüt ederler. Katılımcılar başvuru formlarını SUN TEKSTİL SAN. VE TİC A.Ş. ne teslim etmeleri ile işbu Şartname ’de belirtilen tüm hususları kabul etmişlerdir. Öğrenciler, öncelikle kendi ülkelerinde geçerli bulunan sağlık ve güvenlik mevzuatı hükümleri başta olmak üzere, Türkiye’de yürürlükte bulunan ve yürürlüğe girecek olan iş sağlığı güvenliği, çalışma ve sorumluluk hukuku mevzuatına, fikri mülkiyet hukuku mevzuatına, kişisel verilerin korunması mevzuatına bire bir riayet edeceğini, bu hükme aykırılık halinde doğabilecek tüm zararlardan şahsen sorumlu olacağını kabul, beyan ve taahhüt ederler. Sun Tekstil ‘de bulunulan tüm zaman diliminde risk değerleme raporu ve acil durum planlarına riayet edilmesi de bu sorumluluğun kapsamına dahildir.
Katılımcılar, proje sürecinde, diğer katılımcılar ve firma ile ilgili olarak bu proje sürecinde edindikleri her türlü bilginin gizli olduğunu, bu bilgileri 3. Şahıslara açıklamamayı, proje haricinde hiçbir amaçla kullanmamayı kabul, beyan ve taahhüt ederler.

Portfolyo Değerlendirme Koşulları
Katılımcılara sonuçlar 31 Mayıs 2021 tarihinde www.sundesignproject.com web sitesi üzerinden açıklanacaktır.
Bu projeye dahil olan katılımcıların kişisel verileri 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, ilgili yönetmelik ve tebliğler ile kurul kararlarında belirtilen ilke ve kurallara uygun olarak ve bu şartnamenin ekinde bulunan aydınlatma metni ile açık rıza metinleri uyarınca işlenmektedir.

5. The students who participate in the project/summer internship undertake that the designs that are suitable for the themes they send are their own, that they have been exhibited in another media before, that they have not been used in a professional manner, that they have not benefited from a professionally used design, that they have not been used in a commercial sense, that The participants have accepted all the issues stated in this charter by submitting the application forms to Sun Tekstil San. ve Tic.
