Why not apply to the Sun Design Project taking place between July 25 and August 12, 2022?
Our Project will take place this year with 15 students; 10 from fashion design and 5 from graphic design. Applications close on April 30, 2022.
Don’t forget to apply with your CV and application folder, in line with the chosen themes!
This year, we are organizing SUN DESIGN Project for two fields; fashion design and graphic design. We will select 10 students from the fashion design applications, and 5 students from graphic design.
For the first time ever, we will provide the students with the opportunity to learn and use a 3D design program while creating their collections.
From the fashion design applications, we expect a mini collection with 4 different looks, designed for one of the themes provided by Sun Tekstil. From the graphic design applications, we expect 3 repeat prints and 3 single prints designed for either of the design themes provided.

Applicability
Fashion Design
- • You must design only for womenswear, choosing only one of the themes.
- • The collection must have 4 full looks.
- • There must be 6 boards in total, with the 4 looks, one line-up board with all the looks shown together, and one inspiration mood board.
- • There must be artistic and technical drawings, and details for all accessories and materials suggested for all looks.
- • Each board must be A3-sized.
- • Every board must individually have a jpeg or pdf format, with a maximum size of 50 MB.
- • Any file sent in another format will not be considered.

Graphic Design
- • You must design only for womenswear, choosing only one of the themes.
- • The collection must have 6 total prints; 3 repeat prints and 3 single prints. Color options may be added.
- • There must be 6 boards in total, including one inspiration mood board.
- • Every board must include the print placement on a model, either on a photograph or artistic drawing.
- • Each board must be A3-sized.
- • Every board must individually have a jpeg or pdf format, with a maximum size of 50 MB.
- • Any file sent in another format will not be considered.
